Greek Choriatiko (Country) Salad

2 large tomatos
1 Large cucumber
1 small onion
(optional: 1 green pepper)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Sea Salt
Oregano
Olive Oil (Extra virgin)
Cut all the veggies - tomatos into wedges, cucumbers & onions into slices.
Toss in the feta, sprinkle a bit of sea salt to taste, oregano and enough olive oil to coat the salad. Toss & let the flavors settle in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. The salt will release the juices of the tomato & cucumber. Enjoy with a bit (or a lot) of crusty bread.
