yay!

It’s that time again for iced coffee. Last year I was loving me some
cold-brewed coffee
which is supposed to be lower in acidity. I think it’s just dern yummy. mmmmm….

    That doesn’t make sense. The longer the water has contact with the ground, the more acid it pulls out (and usually, the more bitter it is). Of course, maybe that’s only if it’s hot? Donno. Seems odd to me!

    But hey, if it works, it works!
