Honor-ey

Yesterday I caught Honor coming out of the kitchen with a handful of butter. Do you think he intended it as a snack or finger paint for the carpet?

    Hehehehe. My bet is finger paint. Or at least if he was getting a snack, the leftovers would have been wiped on the carpet. I’m laughing so hard at the imagery of a handful of butter.

    Well, if it was Drew- he would be eating it….but yeah, leftovers smeared in the most convenient spot….yick!

    If it were Lily, I’d say snack (the girl loves butter). As it is Honor, I’m guessing he was gonna multi-task. A little for the carpet, a little for Honor.

    I was a butter kid. Butter and sugar. Based on historical data, perhaps he was going to paint the potty also. :)

    LOL!!! That is so funny, but only because you cought it in time. Had you not cought it I am sure it wouldn’t have been very funny at all! But my guess would have to be he was planning on using it for hair gel!

    Everyone knows you don’t just eat butter straight, you eat it dipped in sugar. It was for the carpet.

    Yeah, I have to cast my vote with the multitasking crowd! I particularly like the hair gel idea. The sequence goes something like this: Um, yes, that feels smooth on my lips on the way to my tongue, 1) try as lip balm, 2) go to the mirror to stroke onto hair 3) kiss the mirror to see how much butter lip balm looks like a valentine’s picture 4) wipe off excess on next available surface be it new carpet, bath rug, towel or toilet seat…

    My Mom used to eat butter by the 1/2 cup! But then again, she was also an avid paste eater.
    You never know!
